8-10 oz. spaghetti, cooked
2 Tbsp. melted butter or olive oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella - Traditional Cut
1 cup Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese or 1 cup light sour cream or 1 cup whipped cream cheese (warmed to spreading consistency)
1 cup pasta sauce - we like hunts 3 cheese or garlic and cheese
1 lb. ground beef or sausage - can add to pasta sauce - optional

Directions:

Cook spaghetti according to directions and drain. Toss spaghetti with butter or olive oil in large bowl. Let cool slightly. Stir in eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Pour spaghetti mixture into greased 10-inch pie plate; form into a crust.
Spoon Ricotta, sour cream or warmed cream cheese over spaghetti crust. Top with pasta sauce. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 25 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.

I usually double the ingredients and make two pies - one vegetarian for Jenna and the other one meat. We all love this dish and it is even better the next day!
