1.5 # hamburger
1 c shredded carrots
1c chopped onions
1 c celery
2 eggs
3 c cooked rice
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 c cabbage (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice.
fry hamburger until no longer pink, drain grease if needed.
add carrots,onions, and celery. Toss with turner while cooking for 3 min.
sprinkle the beaten eggs over mixture and toss with turner until cooked.
sprinkle with soy sauce and add cabbage, stir and toss with turner for about 3 more min.
