1 (16oz.) loaf french bread (18 inches long), cut into 24 (3/4 in.) slices
1 (8oz.) soft cream cheese with pineapples
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter melted

Topping:
1 quart strawberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar

*whipped cream optional

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 inch glass baking dish with Pam. Spread 1 tbsp. cream cheese on 12 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices to form 12 sandwiches. Place sandwiches in baking dish to cover bottom.

Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add milk, 1/4 cup sugar, salt and cinnamon. Beat well. Pour over bread sandwiches in baking dish. Let stand 5 minutes. Turn bread sandwiches over. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Slice strawberries, add 1/2 cup sugar. Combine and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

To Serve, preheat oven to 400 degrees, uncover baking dish, drizzle bread slices with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve French Toast with strawberry topping and whip cream if desired.
