Ingredients:  
1 bunch kale ribs removed
4 cups loosely packed Italian parsley
3 cloves garlic
1 ½ tsp salt
1 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1) In food processor chop finely kale, parsley, garlic and salt. Pulse until it makes a coarse paste.

2) Pour in olive oil and process until smooth.
