Ingredients:  
1 med. round Steak
Barbeque brisket sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. green chili chopped
flour
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into strips 1 or 2 inches long by 1/2 inch wide.
Marinate in barbeque sauce ,enough to cover steak for 1 hr. or longer.
When ready to cook , pour off most of sauce.
Stir in enough flour over sauce and meat to make a batter.
Heat oil and drop strips into oil.
Cook over low heat until golden brown.

Mix together chili and cheese. Heat over low heat til cheese is melted.
Drizzle over steak fingers and serve hot
