3 (8 ounce) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c sugar
1 T vanilla

CRUST:
1¼ c graham cracker crumbs
1 T sugar
1 stick melted butter

TOPPING:
1 pint sour cream
⅔ c sugar
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 4 ingredients on medium speed for 35 minutes.

Mix crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a spring-form pan. Pour cheese mixture over crust and bake at 325º for 45 minutes. Let cool for 35 minutes

Beat the topping ingredients on medium speed for 25-35 minutes until thick and sugar is dissolved. Poor on top of the cheesecake and bake for 10 minutes until it is set. Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
