½ cup Butter (1 Stick, room temperature)
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1¼ Flour
¾ tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Baking Powder
¼ tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter. Add sugars and beat. Mix peanut butter and egg. Whisk dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients into sugar butter mixture. Chill dough for 3 hours. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Shape dough into 1¼ inch balls and flatten with fork. Dip fork in sugar to prevent sticking. Bake 9-10 min
