1 (8 oz.) package wide noodles
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 pint sour cream
1 pint cottage cheese
tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped apples
c. white raisins
c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles until tender and drain. Beat eggs until foamy, add sugar, sour cream, cottage cheese and lemon juice. Fold into noodles. Combine fruits, nuts and spices; mix well. Fold fruit mixture into noodle mixture. Pour into a greased 9X13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
