2 packages (3 oz. each) peach flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
¾ c. cold water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 can (8¾ oz.) sliced peaches

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve one package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened (gelatin will have consistency of unbeaten egg whites.)
2. Dissolve second package gelatin in remaining boiling water. Add ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Chill about 1 hour or until set.
3. Arrange canned or fresh peach slices on gelatin-ice cream mixture.
4. Top with clear gelatin. Garnish with prepared Dream Whip Topping or Cool Whip, if desired.
Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
