No stick Cooking Spray
2¼ c. mini- marshmallows
3 c. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
½ c. Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter
1¼ c. Spanish peanuts

Line 8X8X2 inch baking dish with waxed paper and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1 cup marshmallows over bottom of waxed paper. In microwave-safe dish, microwave chocolate for 1 minute. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds more; stirring until smooth and creamy. Stir peanut butter into chocolate. Set aside ¼ cup each marshmallows, nuts and chocolate mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour fudge mixture over marshmallows. Sprinkle reserved nuts and marshmallows over fudge. Drizzle reserved chocolate over all. Cool until firm. Cut into 1½ inch squares.
Makes 2½ dozen.
