Fresh spinach
Fresh strawberries or dried cranberries
Mandarin oranges (drained)
Walnuts (toasted)
Mushrooms (sliced)
Crisp bacon or bacon bits
Hard boiled eggs cooled and chopped

DRESSING
1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 – 1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 T. minced onion
1/3 C. vinegar
1/2 C. vegetable or olive oil

Directions:
Directions:

Wash spinach and make dressing several hours ahead and refrigerate.

Place spinach on salad plates.
When ready to serve add desired amount of berries, oranges, walnuts, mushrooms, bacon and egg.
I usually allow ½ - 1 whole egg per person.
Just before serving add the dressing.
