½ c. unseasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
¾ tsp. marjoram
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. dried thyme leaves
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine
1 lb. cod fillets
Crisco cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Spray bottom of 13X9X2 inch pan with Crisco cooking spray. Combine unseasoned bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, grated lemon peel, marjoram, paprika, thyme leaves, and garlic powder in large bowl. Set aside. Combine lemon juice and white wine in shallow pan. Rinse 1 lb. cod fillets and pat dry. Dip each fillet in lemon mixture, the in seasoned crumbs. Make certain each piece is well coated. Place fish in pan. Spray top of fillet evenly with Crisco cooking spray. Bake at 425º for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when test with fork.
