c. creamed cottage cheese
C. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 tsp. oregano leaves
tsp. basil leaves
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1 c. milk
⅔ c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10X1 inches. Layer cottage and Parmesan cheeses in plate. Mix beef, herbs, paste and cup mozzarella; spoon on top. Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
