1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 tsp. instant coffee mix
1 Tbsp. hot water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups whipping cream
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Directions:

In a 9 inch square pan, stir together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa and sugar. Add melted butter and blend well. Press firmly into bottom of pan and set aside.

In large bowl, dissolve coffee in water. Add sweetened condensed milk and 2/3 cups chocolate syrup and blend well.

In large mixing bowl, whip cream at high speed until peaks form. Fold coffee mixture into whipped cream and pour into pan with crust. Swirl 1/4 cup chocolate syrup over mixture in pan and use a knife to create a marble effect.

Freeze for 6 hours. Cut into squares.
