2 lbs. Frozen bag of broccoli, placed in refrigerator and thawed
2 rolls of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter
1 lb. of Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Smash 2 rolls of crackers, layer half of the crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch dish
Layer broccoli next
Slice cheese and cover the broccoli
Layer rest of the crackers on the cheese
Melt the butter and cover the cracker layer with the butter
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
