⅔ c. Bisquick baking mix
1½ tsp. paprika
1¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2½ to 3½ pound broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Arrange pieces, skin sides up in rectangular microwaveable dish, 12X7½X2 inches, with thickest parts to outside edges. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 10 minutes; rotate dish ½ turn. Microwave until done, 8 to 12 minutes longer.

Variation: Barbecued Chicken by placing coated chicken pieces, skin sides up, on grill about 5 inches from hot coals. Cover and grill 20 to 30 minutes; turn chicken. Cover and grill until done, 30 to 40 minutes longer.
