2 pound carrots
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dried parsley
2 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Peel and cut carrots into bite-size sticks. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place carrots, parsley and salt in pan. Add butter and brown sugar to pan and mix to combine. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until carrots are tender.
