Pie shell
12 oz. Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 C. Swiss cheese
1/2 C. Chopped green onions
4 Eggs
Small carton of whipping cream finished with milk to make 1 1/2 C.
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Sugar
Pinch of Nutmeg

Directions:

Sprinkle bacon in pie shell.

Add 1 C. Swiss cheese and 1/2 C. chopped green onions.

Beat 4 eggs and add 1 1/2 C. cream. Add 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. sugar, and pinch of nutmeg.

Pour over bacon.

Bake 15 minutes at 425º and lower temperature to 300º for 30 minutes. Or until knife comes out clean.
