Ingredients:  
1 gallon apple juice
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup salt
Water to cover turkey
Turkey
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brine ingredients. Spatchcock turkey and place in brine solution and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from brine and dry. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Smoke turkey until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165° at thickest part.
