1 - 40 oz can sweet potatoes, drained
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick margarine, softened
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with electric mixer and pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until firm. (add topping during last 15 minutes of baking)

3/4 stick margarine
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and brown sugar. Add nuts and corn flakes. Spread over top of partially baked souffle and bake additional 15 minutes, or until crunchy.
