2 - 20 oz cans pineapple chunks (drained)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (mild)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 stick butter (melted)
28 Ritz crackers (broken)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients together and pour into a baking dish.

Combine the butter and crackers and spread over top. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
