2 c. flour
½ lb. butter
1 egg yolk- slightly beaten
¾ c sour cream

Filling:
¾ c. white sugar
¾ c. chopped nuts(walnuts or pecans)
1 tbsp. cinnamon

In a bowl, add flour, cut in the butter
Add in the egg yolk and sour cream.
Mix with a fork then wrap in floured wax paper and store in the fridge over night.

Filling:
Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl


Divide the dough into 4 part and roll into a circle and cut like a pie
Put some filling on the dough and roll from the large side of the triangle to the small point.

Placed onto a greased cookie sheet.
Slightly beat the egg white and brush the top of the pastry.
Sprinkle with a little sugar
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350º
