6 Tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
3 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1 medium green onion
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can whole corn kernels, drained
2 cups grape tomatoes
1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
8 cups romaine lettuce, cut into thick shreds
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing by whisking mayonnaise, water, cilantro, scallion, lime juice, sugar and chili powder together until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour chilled dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
