2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt
c. unsweetened apple sauce
c. honey
2 eggs beaten
3 mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Grease or butter a loaf pan
Mix flour, soda, salt in a bowl.
In a different bowl, mix apple sauce, honey, stir in bananas and eggs.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Don't over mix the ingredients!!
Pour into the loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 60 to 65 minutes.
