Several pieces of crushed garlic
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 eggs beaten
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 ½ cups of salad oil- extra virgin olive works best

6 slices of crisp bacon, broken into bits
croutons
parmesan cheese
romaine lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Set oil aside and mix all the ingredients very well.
Very slowly add in the oil while continuing to beat with a fork until all the oil is mixed with the other ingredients.

Wash and thoroughly dry romaine lettuce, break into bite sized pieces.
Add to a wooden salad bowl.
Add dressing to your liking
Toss
Add in the bacon bits, croutons and toss again.
Top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
