Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
8 cups chicken stock
2 tab lime juice
2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes with juice
2 cans corn
1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
2 cans (4 oz each) NOT drained chilies
4 green onions chopped
2 medium carrots diced
2 cups cooked chicken
1 tsp pepper, salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Use a crockpot or simmer on stove
Add everything together EXCEPT chicken.
Simmer on stove 45 minutes, add chicken last 5 minutes
Top with Mexican cheese blend and tortilla chips
