1/4 cup melted butter/margarine
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tab lemon juice
1 tab mustard
1-2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
6 8 0z chicken breasts
1 tsp cornstarch
1/3 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees
In large bowl, combine butter, orange juice, honey, lemon juice, mustard and curry powder.
Set aside 1/3 cup of this mixture for basting chicken later.
Dip remaining chicken in the butter mixture and place on a 13x9 baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour, basting every 20 minutes with the remaining butter mixture.
Remove chicken and keep warm.
In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir in the chicken dripping from the baking pan into the saucepan.
Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick. Drizzle over cooked chicken.
