10-12 large potatoes, peeled
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz. carton of sour cream
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/4 cup margarine, melted
salt to taste
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until done; drain and mash. Whip in cream cheese and sour cream; add milk if needed.
Add salt and onion flakes and whip. Spread into buttered 9 x13 baking pan. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until needed.
When ready to use, drizzle with melted margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Bake thawed at 350; 40 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered.
