1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/4 cup shredded cheese
4 slices of bacon, cooked
Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly 1/2 can soup, uncooked hamburger meat, onion, egg, crumbs, parsley and seasonings. Press firmly into sprayed 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Drain fat. Frost with mashed potatoes; top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake 10-15 more minutes. Garnish with cooked bacon.
