1 c. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the flour and salt together in a chilled bowl
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients

Heat oven to 400º F.

Muffin Pan option:
Place @ 1 tsp. of oil into each muffin pan cup.
Put the pan into the hot oven and watch until the oil starts to heat up.
Remove carefully and pour the batter into each of the muffin cups until half full
Put back into the oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden

8" x 8" pan option:
Pour 1-2 tbsp. oil into the pan and place into the heated oven and watch until the oil heats up
Remove carefully and slowly pour the batter into the pan.
Place back into the oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
Slice into individual pieces and serve.
