1 pkg Frozen Chopped Spinach (drained)

1 c. Sour Cream

1 pkg Knoxs Vegetable Soup Mix

1 c. Hellman's Mayonnaise

1 c. Water Chestnuts (drained and chopped)

2 Green Onions (chopped)
