9" x 9" baking dish

3 large sweet potatoes peeled and chopped into 1" cubes
½ c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 large apples cut into ¼" rings

¼ c. flour
¼ c. brown sugar
¼ c. butter
¼ c. chopped pecans

Boil potatoes for @20 minutes until tender but firm
Cool and cut into bite sized pieces

Grease the baking pan

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, potatoes, apples and spices.
Place into the baking dish
In a medium bowl mix the flour, brown sugar, butter, pecans and sprinkle over the potatoes

Bake for 30 minutes until brown
