1 pound fresh sea bass fillet
1 avocado
1 pear tomato
2 limes
1 serrano chili
1 bunch fresh cilantro
salt to taste
2 corn tortilla
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze the juice of the limes
Peal and finely chop the onions
Peal, discard the tomato seeds and cut into small dices
Wash, drain on paper towl cilantro, chop thinly
Cut fish fillet in small dices
Put the diced fish in a no corrosive bowl
Cover with lime juice and mix well
Peak avocado and cut in small cubes
Cut the chili and take out seeds the cut finely
Add avocado, onions, cilantro and chili to the bowl
Season with salt
Let the lime juice cook the fish for at least 1 hours, mixing regularly so it cooks uniformly

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan
Cut tortilla in small triangles
When oil is hot, fry tortilla chips in small batches till golden brown
Drain the chips on a paper towel

Divide the ceviche in the tumbler and decorate with a tortilla chip triangle.
