Deviled Eggs Recipe

12 hardboiled eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.

Place the white halves on a plate.

Use a potato masher to mix the egg yolks, mayo and pickle relish together in a small bowl.

Place the egg yolk mixture in a small plastic bag and cut off the tip of one of the bottom corners. Squeeze the mixture into the egg halves.

Sprinkle with paprika.

My great aunt Joyce taught me the trick of using a plastic bag to squeeze the egg mixture into the egg halves. She would put everything into the bag, zip it up, and then use a rolling pin to mix it up. However, I found that when I did that, I would somehow end up with the bag popping open and egg everywhere, so I switched to mixing it all in a bowl with a potato masher.
