1 can artichokes, packed in water, not oil
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
lemon juice to taste

Directions:

Mix together and put in a pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serve with crackers.
