1 can artichokes, packed in water, not oil
cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
lemon juice to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and put in a pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serve with crackers.

This recipe is from my friend, Pat Robinson back in the mid 1990's. She used to bring this to our Dog Eared Ladies Reading Club meetings with Triscuits.
