Dressing:
1 1/4 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Crisco Oil
3/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Vegetables:
1 can shoe peg corn (drained)
1 can french style green beans (drained)
1 can small english peas (drained)
1 large jar Pimentos (drained)
1 c. Celery (chopped)
1 c. Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 small bunch Green Onion (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, and pepper, boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool; Pour over vegetables. (Make Sure Dressing Is Cool) Let them stand overnight in covered container in refrigerator,
this will keep for up to 2 weeks.

This is a wonderful salad full of great veggies that I love to serve at social gatherings and during the holidays. My Mamaw use to serve this at the Yellow Rose Retirement Center; where she spent around 15 years cooking and caring for the elderly.
