1 garlic clove
2 tsp salt
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 green peppers, diced
2-8 oz packages of spaghetti
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup sliced onions
1/3 cup oil
3 Tblsp flour
1 bouillon cube
1 cup boiling water
2/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cans diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Crush garlic in salt, combine with beef, eggs, bread crumbs and pepper, shape and brown. Remove from pan, add flour to drippings. Dissolve bouillon in water, and add to the pan, return onions and vinegar, tomatoes, oregano and salt, cook until done and add meatballs. The add parsley and cheese to pasta.

Note: If you want more of the sauce,double the sauce ingredients. This is a tangy sauce but delicious!
