Ingredients:  
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
6 Tbsp margarine
3 -12 oz cans of chicken broth
2 cups water
2 -10 oz packages frozen broccoli
8 oz package noodles
16 oz package Velvetta Cheese
3 cups half-n-half (or milk)
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender, but not brown.
Stir in broth and water.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Add broccoli to boiling mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
Add noodles and cook 8-10 minutes more.
Cut cheese into small pieces and add along with half-n-half.
Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
