6 Pork Chops, either with or without bone
1 large Egg
2 C seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 large onion
Brown gravy, 1 package or make your own

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg in a bowl and put the breadcrumbs into a plate. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Slice the onion and saute in a pan with oil and 1 tbsp butter. Remove from pan after they are soft and translucent. Dip each chop in the egg and then bread with the breadcrumbs. Fry on the stove in olive oil, or bake in the oven with olive oil and turn when the chops are crispy and brown. Make the gravy. Return the pork chops and onions to a casserole and pour the gravy over the them both. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
