1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz)
8 oz sour cream
1/2 C milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bag frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, partially thawed (30 oz)
1/2 C green onions, chopped (approx. 8 medium)
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350*. Grease bottom and sides of 13X9 baking dish with shortening.
In a very large bowl combine: soups, sour cream, milk and pepper. Stir in potatoes and onions. Spoon into baking dish.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly around the edges.
