1 lb. of butter(do not substitute)
2 c. brown sugar
3 columns of graham crackers (can also use soda crackers)
350 g. semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line 2 cookie sheets with foil or parchment paper.
Lay crackers flat so they touch
Melt butter, sugar on medium low heat and gradually turn up the heat until it boils.
Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes boiling- remove when it starts to thicken
Pour the mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
Bake at 450º for 5-6 minutes OR until bubbling. Keep a close eye on it as it burns really easily!
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips then spread the chips over the top to melt them.
Chill until firm.
Break into pieces.
