1¾ c. unsifted flour
⅓ c. firmly packed brown sugar
⅓ c. granulated sugar
1 c. cold butter or margarine
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 (27 oz.) jar None Such Ready-to-Use Mincemeat (regular or Brandy & Rum)
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (2 cups)
1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground allspice
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º. Combine flour and sugars; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Reserving 1½ cups crumb mixture, press remaining crumb mixture on bottom and halfway up sides of 13X9 inch baking dish. Spoon mincemeat over crust.
2. Combine remaining ingredients except reserved crumb mixture; mix well. Pour over mincemeat. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
3. Bake 15 minutes; reduce oven to 350º. Bake 40 minutes longer or until golden brown around the edges. Cool. Cut into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 36 bars.
