1 12 ounce package semi sweet chocolate chips
1 7 ounce jar of marshmallow cream
1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1/2 cup of butter
4 cups sugar
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 13 X9 pan with foil. But Butter foil and set aside

Combine chocolate and marshmallow cream in a large bowl, set aside.

In a 4 quart saucepan, combine milk, butter and sugar. Place over medium heat and stir occasionally with a spoon spoon until mixture comes to a boil. Boil, stirring occasionally for six minutes.

Pour mixture over chocolate and marshmallow mixture. Using a wooden spoon beat until mixture is creamy

Stir in nuts. Pour fudge in pan. Refrigerate six hours or until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares. Keep in refrigerator

For Rocky-road fudge; use pecans and stir in 2 cups miniature marshmallows with the nuts
