4-5 lb. chuck roast
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in foil in a baking pan.
Sprinkle soup mix on top.
Top with mushroom soup.
Cover with foil, sealing edges.
Cook at 325 for 45 minutes per pound.
