½ cup green peas
4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat wok and pour cooking oil over medium heat. Saute onions and garlic until fragrant.

2. Add beef chunks and cook until light brown, about 5-10 minutes. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce. pepper and salt to taste.

3. Pour tomato sauce and add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Then just let it simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.

4. Cover your pot and give it a stir occasionally to prevent scorching at the bottom.

5. Add the carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, green peas and the remaining tomato sauce.

6. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes more. Continue to simmer (lowest heat) and adjust little water if needed until sauce thickens and beef is already tender.

7. Serve and enjoy. Happy cooking!
