1-2 lbs. hamburger
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup sour cream
onion
tortilla chips
jumbo macaroni shells
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook hamburger.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Cook jumbo macaroni shells, rinse.
4. Put a thin layer of salsa in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
5. Stuff shells with mix and sprinkle with cheese and crumbled tortilla chips.
6. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes with foil over pan. Remove foil, bake for 15 more minutes.
