1 Cup Soy sauce
1 1/4 cups very dry Sherry
3 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
16 boneless, skinless chicken breast (if you have more adjust the recipe accordingly)
Pineapple slices
Provolone Cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
In a large container that seals, combine the first six ingredients. Stir well to blend until all the sugar is dissolved. Add the chicken breast, cover and refrigerate 48-72 hours, shake daily to mix marinade. grill or broil chicken breast until cooked throughout . grill pineapple slices, if desired. Top each piece of chicken with pineapple and provolone, then melt the provolone. Serve with rice or other vegetables
