1 32 ounce bottle pear nectar
2 cups water
1/4 cup honey
1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup pear brandy or brandy
1/4
cup lemon juice
Pear and/or lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a 3 1/2- or 4-qt. slow cooker combine pear nectar, the water, honey, and ginger. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours or high 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

2. Using a slotted spoon, remove ginger. Stir brandy and lemon juice into nectar mixture. Top servings with pear and/or lemon slices.
