Ingredients:  
¾ C flour
1¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 lb venison cube steak
3 T bacon grease (for frying)
Italian dressing mixed with Moore's to marinate steaks in for at least 4 hours

For Gravy

2 T bacon grease
2 T flour
1 C beef broth
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat 3 T bacon grease in a cast oil skillet.

2. Mix ¾ C flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together.

3. Dredge cube steaks in flour mixture, fry in bacon grease until browned on both sides. Set aside.

For Gravy

1. Heat remaining bacon grease in the same fry pan you cooked the venison in.

2. Add flour; stir for 1 minute.

3. Slowly add beef broth; whisking constantly until gravy thickens; season with salt and pepper.

Serve gravy over meat.
