12 oz. dry pasta (Radiatore)
4 T. Butter
2 Cups mushrooms, sliced
1 # Crab meat (Can substitute shrimp)
1 Cup tomato, peeled, seded and diced (or use canned)
4 T. Dijon Mustard
1˝ Cups Cream
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 T. fresh Basil, shredded (If you don't have basil, parsley will do)

Cook Pasta according to package directions, drain.
Melt butter over medium heat and sauté mushrooms for 1 to2 minutes, until they begin to soften.
Add, tomatoes, mustard, cream, parmesan and basil, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add crab meat and simmer until heated through.
Toss with cooked pasta and add serve with more parmesan.


If using shrimp, add, after mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes, then follow the directions.
